- Payroll Needs Analysis - What features do you require. There are many different payroll packages that meet New Zealand payroll legislation, which one is right for you? It is more than just guess work, it involves careful analysis of your needs now and expected needs over the next few years.
- Payroll Reviews - A review to make sure everything is going right. A quick look at how your system is setup and used can highlight possible problems that can be dealt with before they become major issues. The review looks at Leave Management, Legal Compliance, Contract Compliance and Company Policy Compliance.
- Payroll Audits -A more detailed analysis of your payroll calculations than the Review process. This will cover the same areas as above but sample sizes will be larger and deeper.
- Payroll Consulting - We have experienced consultants to help you with your Payroll Implementation. Every payroll system is different with some more complicated than others. If you don't have the expertise in-house to set it up then we can help, as there is no margin for error when dealing with someone's wages.
- Project Management - To ensure your new system is implemented correctly, on-time and on-budget. We have vast experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems. Most firms that sell and install software are very good at what they do, but you may end up with just a replication of your old system. Because of our experience with all the main payroll systems, we can always ensure any new system is implemented in a way that best suits your needs.
